Returns and Refunds

We want you to be confident in your purchase. You may return any device for a refund within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return
Contact us at (763) 600-2592 or mnfuturetech101@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm the return and provide the return address before you ship anything back.

Condition of returned items
Returned devices must be in the same condition in which they arrived, including any included charger or accessories. Please remove your personal data and sign out of iCloud / Find My before shipping the device back.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned device, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Return shipping
If the return is the result of our error - the wrong item, a device that does not match its listed grade, or a device that arrives faulty - we cover return shipping. For other returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

30-day warranty
Every device is also covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery. If a hardware fault appears within that window under normal use, contact us and we will repair or replace the device, or refund it if we cannot.

What is not covered
Accidental damage, liquid damage, and damage caused after delivery are not covered by the warranty or eligible for return.
