About our products
We sell refurbished and pre-owned electronics. Every device is inspected, tested, and data-wiped before sale, and is listed with a cosmetic grade describing its condition. Refurbished devices may show cosmetic wear consistent with the stated grade. Devices are not new and are not sold by, or affiliated with, the original manufacturer.

Product descriptions and pricing
We work to describe every device accurately, including battery health where listed. We reserve the right to correct errors in descriptions or pricing and to cancel an order affected by such an error, with a full refund.

Availability
Inventory is limited and often one-of-a-kind. An item may sell out before your order is processed; if that happens we will contact you and issue a full refund.

Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders we believe to be fraudulent.

Warranty and returns
Purchases are covered by our 30-day warranty and 30-day return policy. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Payment
Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments. Financing, where offered, is provided by a third party and subject to their approval and terms.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that item.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States.
